The programme draws on a wide range of research including that from contemplative neuroscience. However, to fully benefit from the experiential nature of the programme participants will be expected to undertake 15-20 minutes of home practice each day for eight weeks. The programme runs as four half days over six weeks to enable application, reflection and debrief as a group.

Mark McMordie

Co-author of Mindfulness for Coaches and Director at Coachmatch

Mark is an experienced ICF accredited Executive Coach and is also a Mindfulness Teacher, having trained at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. He has had a personal mindfulness practice for over 10 years and has delivered mindfulness interventions for a range of well-known brands.
